I would also like to use this opportunity to reflect on the past 12 years.
Since its foundation, and with a lot of passion and energy, we have developed the company ActivPULS into a major player in the field of milking technology, and we are proud of that. Over 5000 dairy farms worldwide nowadays use our unique and innovative milking technology. With that, AktivPULS contributes to a direct improvement in udder health, animal welfare and sustainable milk production. Together with our loyal AktivPULS distributors, we have been able to establish a strong international market position with many enthusiastic end users. The support and dedication from you as valued business partners, as well as the many dairy farmers using the AktivPULS product, have played a crucial role in our road to success.
In 2024, we moved the AktivPULS company from Germany to the Netherlands, and integrated the AktivPULS product portfolio into the internationally fast-growing Schippers Group, based in Hapert. I would like to thank everyone involved in making this possible and above all, wish all success with the further expansion of AktivPULS as part of the Schippers Group. With that, a new chapter starts for AktivPULS, with a strong focus on accelerating growth within a rapidly growing international organization.

After more than 12 years of dedication and passion for AktivPULS, I herewith announce that I have officially stepped down as CEO and shareholder as of January 1st, 2025. At the same time, I am pleased to announce that Mr. Tobias van Korven will be your first point of contact, MD for the AktivPULS BV company.
As you can probably imagine, stepping down as CEO and shareholder of the company is an emotional moment for me on a personal level as well. I have always followed my own path and I have had the privilege to dedicate myself to entrepreneurship. With this, a new chapter starts for me as well. I can now spend more time on all other beautiful things in life, and at the same time focus on new opportunities as advisor and investor as part of my company the AG Associates Group. I look forward to continue supporting companies and other partners within our industry and sharing my knowhow and experiences.
